By: Sydney D Okay, it's not snowing like the picture above, that is from the Galveston snow of 2004. But there are SNOWFLAKES!! Remember that post I made a few weeks ago? About the lack of a cold winter in Galveston. Well, I guess I stand corrected (partly). There were snowflakes really early this morning around 3AM, and then again around 6AM!! And although didn't stick, and I believe the weather will be going back to sunny days by next week, its still a change of season. Although, the weatherman said there was a chance of snow flurries in the Houston-Galveston area, no one really believed him. Myself, thought it would just be more freezing temps, and buckets of rain. So I can say I am pleasantly surprised. Thankfully, I was able to dust off a turtleneck sweater and a winter coat, then brave the cold for school! Thanks for reading! Leave a comment below and tell me what your winters are like so far? If you're even having a winter at all that is!
